SOFI’s goal is to support the development of an efficient and cost-effective system that uses sunlight to produce a liquid fuel. We’ll do this by providing our members – global research institutions and industry leaders – with unique opportunities for collaboration, access to a database of research and resources, and a place within a network of pioneers in the solar fuels field. We’re inspiring scientists, businesspeople, policy makers and the public to embrace a sensible climate change solution and a clean energy future.We’re challenging assumptions and thinking big, because a carbon neutral solar fuel isn’t impossible.We’re embracing the true definition of innovation, leading a revolution in solar technology that will fundamentally change the way we generate and use energy.
